Anyone else ever see the Jason Fox Enchanted Forest Birdsnest?
It's like an ORA Neon Birdsnest except with a bright green body!
If you have one in your tank please share a pic (and maybe a frag)!

Honestly the one I have looks like your first picture...This was taken back in December with an iphone under my sbreef lights running 100% on both channels. The lighter colors are due to the lack of light which u can see in my pic as well

Here is my Neon Birdsnest I picked up at a LFS, it looks great under any type of lighting and looks exactly how I pictured it in person.

I don’t want to hijack the thread but what kind of amazing orange monti is that?

IMO, these guys are right. Just because you do not like the answer does not mean that people are haters... some would rather deny a hard truth than accept it.

In any case, who can even see a birdsnest body with all of the polyps on there...except for at the tips when they are growing fast.

What answer? He asked if people had seen it and if they have one in their tank, please share. Some chose to be persnickety for no reason.

I wouldn’t call any coral that’s all green, the greatest. I am sure it’s a cool coral but there are so many colorful birdsnest out there.

I can green up that birdsnest by increasing light. There's nothing special about JF corals other than the saturation slider he uses in photoshop.

Totally agree. Granted JF has some really nice pieces but its just a green birds nest thats probably over priced. Green in the base will come with higher lighting and photo shop helps lot to jazz up coral colors. If you like it get it, no hate here just saying its a birds nest and they are a dime a dozen. At one point I had fragged one so much the LFS told me to stop bringing it in for credit.

I have been disappointed time after time . I by a diamond and get a dull lump of coal . In the fine print it may say add heat and incredible pressure for 8-12 millenniums .

I dont know id say its more than just a "green birds nest" thats why I got it and I got it for a good price on ebay! If your still looking ill give you a frag. But I think its different and allot more vibrant than my green.

OP I love the enchanted forest. It’s on my list. Fwiw I agree with you that it looks better than the generic green stylo.

id say get it, and sure j.f may use some sweet photo tricks but i have several of his frags and they are a little different than its common counterpart, im not sure how but its more than just filters.{i think}

Ok. I have no idea whether it’s a designer coral. Bought the frag from my buddy and looks a lot like the Jason Fox. Probably saved myself some money and have a great looking coral that’s growing like crazy.
