All the General SPS, LPS and Soft Corals can be a lot to list, if you have a lot of corals you need to identify...
If we had "the identify coral forum"... In one area people can post their own identification needs and then add to it as they need. This page would keep all the users threads in 1 nice spot without the need to post for every coral in 1 of the 3 choices we have now. Additionally "we could" (don't have to) use our thread to inventory our own corals in our own "identify thread" for people to see should they be looking.
I would imagine that it would have an unread/unidentified button on the top of the page that would take you to the oldest or newest unidentified coral. Then on the visited page the user can click on an identified button next to the user that identified the coral... and that would earn then "cred" points on the forum.

Many ideas... too much typing time though.

Especially of Zoa id there’s so many
I created a thread with a bunch of different links to identify zoas but people don’t want too look through it and want someone else to id them

That's why you'd have your own thread, that would be too much to manage if every coral had its own thresd posted.

That's pretty much what we have. LPS, SPS sections that people can post and ask for an ID. I think it would get cluttered with one single area. As for zoas it's nice that there are links posted but for people to just go and ID their own stuff instead of asking for help is kind of against helping others IMO. I enjoy trying to help others make ID's on their corals personally. A lot of times members are just asking to confirm what they think it is from there fellow reefers. Interaction and helping others is one of the many great things with R2R.
