For pH purposes i had a glass 20L custom made deposit that I use to dose 2500ml per day of fully saturated Kalk divided by 150 doses, using one head of my Doser 2.1.

Also adds about 0,15dKh daily which is always good, as it allows you to decrease your CaRX effluent further improving pH.

Like this idea very much as I avoid any kalk overdosing stress that may happen when using as part of your ATO.

We can see that my problem is the TOC total organic carbon, and for this I will be raising BioBase ULNS (as per Triton instructions) let's see what happens... see you in 3months ... maybe !? lol

Can you tell us a bit about your experience dosing biobase? There is very little info on it and triton dont say anything besides it beeing an complete organic system for your tank pretty much. Does it increase your nitrate/phosphate? What results have you witnessed since you started dosing?

sorry forgot to reply to this, BioBase is some sort of carbon source with N and P I think in some sort of Triton Rations... I noticed some good changes when I started with the triple dosage that is recommended, BUT recently things were turning to the bad side so I started to add 0.3ppm of No3 and now I have PE again, so let's see what will happen.

well KH director is now on auto-pilot, haven't calibrated anything for months... and it just works, this is one of the best things I have at the moment, the piece of mind that it gives me is priceless, I'm doing one test per day at 19h00 and P4 sends me an email report of all the parameters at 19h30, if I see a major change I go to the sump area and check things.

I can say that going on holidays for a month with my current system is very doable, I can even change from Calcium Rx to full Core7 and vice versa with my phone.

Amazing my friend. Great scape and health. Did you buy all of those in Portugal? I am from Lisbon and I am about to set my first saltwater tank, yes reef tank, and still haven´t searched much corals in stores, but those are really amazing.

Reefmais is in Alfragide, and is quite near my place. I live near to Zanclus and bought my material there. I only have to take some time with my layout. I am doing the thread for my tank. If you want please follow.

Hello reefers,

it has been a while... the tank has been growing with some ups and downs but overall it has been great at the moment this system is 4 years old and the sand/rock saturation problem is imminent, very soon I will be changing the sand and deep clean the rocks (still need some courage to do this...).

I also have been stuggling with the flow, so very soon I will double the flow inside the tank to help with the all roud circulation.

so this is a quick update for now
