I'm also a Portuguese haha. Gorgeous tank, truly an inspiration for any reefer out there, even for me. This is what I call a flawless tank. Marvelous amazing photos for sure also very interesting your methodology around it. Keep posting and I know a tank to visit when I go there hahHa. Um abraço

Amazing as always. You sir, have the Midas touch for SPS. How has your journey with the KH Director been? Still happy? No major connection, calibration, etc.?

I try my best KH has been amazing... I just needed to change some pump heads(blue things that break), 1 pH Probe and a couple of calibration. These are all things I can live with to have 1 KH measure per day

Refuge evolution.
ATM I'm taking out a LOT of chaeto, that's around 20L bucket per month, the XR15 is doing an amazing job growing the algae, plus the whole return flow passing by the algae mass due to the Seadreams sump design is working 100%.

like I said before one of the objectives was to increase the flow all over the tank, solution was to add a couple of MP40's another one on the right glass and another one on the back glass, lowering the speed on all of them, I think I managed to have a flow all around the rocks and corals covering 100% of the tank.
let's see the difference, my goal is to increase the flow and the growth, by also have a more uniform growth... let's see.
So here it is some picstures of the tank and the cabinet this time pictures were taken with a studio flash, giving a nice light "fill"... this photos were also taken by a friend of mine hence the different perspectives from my usual material

VERSA and tank update
Hello everyone, 
been testing the VERSA for the last few days with constant flow for my calcium reactor working perfectly and smoothly, the perfect alternative to the Kamoer app controlled and in the future cloud accessible.
Build quality is VERY robust, this looks like a very strong pump the push-in connectors feel very strong, I must say this is some kind of heavy dutty dosing pump. congrats EcoTech Marine
Tank Update:
currently tearing everything down, already took out all of the corals and will be doing this in stages.
1st stage is done, majority of the corals out and half of the rocks are out.
2nd stage, clean the equipment one by one skimmer is cleaned and calcium reactor is also cleaned.
3rd stage, re-do the wireing of the Profilux 4, probes etc...
4th stage, clean the sump and refuge and make it ready to hold the fishes and a couple of low light corals... this will hold the fish while I fully clean the display tank, the refuge will take care of the filtration for the fish with a mini return pump from the main sump section to the refuge
5th stage, re-do the main display, will be using live sand CaribSea West Caribean Reef sand and and CaribSea rocks, wait for the display tank to cycle and when the cycle is done connect the sump, and wait for the cycled refuge bump to the main tank eheh I hope haha
tranfer fish and corals in.

Everything has been set-up, I've re-done all of the electronics and did a massive tidying on the whole system.
The display was all cleaned up with freshwater and vinegar what a pain lol but fortunately everything has been back working again, for the sand I've used Bimini Pink and LiveRock from CarbiSea, the layout was made not to look pretty just now but instead in a year and a half, all made with the main focus in water flow around it, for that I'm using 3 MP40 QD currently in GYRE(let's see if I will keep it), this is moving a massive amount of water all around.
ATM I'm adjusting basic parameters Ca, Mg and Kh, the calcium reactor is working at 500ml/h feeded by an EcoTech Marine VERSA loving the tough look of this pump and the tech that it packs, controlled by the new app Mobius keeps things very simple.
For now I'll leave here some pictures of the latest more relevant upgrade, the new Radions BLUE Gen5, I must say they pack some hugeee power, the spectrum is perfect to my taste SPS AB+ wow with 100% coverage of the tank.
The new software that controls them and very soon all of the pumps work directly to the phone without the need of the reeflink, Mobius user interface is amazing probably the best I've seen for a while so simple to use and stylish. For now we won't have cloud connecting but I've hear it will come soon still it's not something I use to play around remotely.
