No snails or hermits right now, as they were all consumed by a Lunare Wrasse (missed that little detail about not being reef safe!)
Will be restocking them soon.

One tiny RBTA

Very nice, one of the cleanest nicest softie tanks out there IMO. I am more into sps, but this tank really shows what a nice softie tank can look like.

That os one awesome tank! Thanks for sharing it with us. It is very elegant.

just out of curiousity... did you go all softie because of the easier maintenance or because of preference? I'm guessing preference because the tank's pristine but just wondering

Softies were mainly out of preference...I liked to have the motion of the corals. But, they are also alot easier to maintain, I think. I travel alot for work, so I needed corals that were a little more "flexible" if the water changes went a little longer, etc. No dosing, no calcium reactor, etc. Everything is maintained very well with just the water changes.

I'll include some pics of the equipment soon, its a pretty simple setup. The main thing I like about it is the ease of acces to all the equipment.

Kaptain, terrific tank. I like the open spaces. No problems with angels nipping leathers?
Gary

Thanks. No problems with the angels yet (as I knock on wood!)

From what I have heard, alot of the leathers are toxic to a certain extent. The problems I have heard with the angels in general are with the SPS and some LPS. The Majestic Angel came to me because he was chowing down on someone else's sps polyps. I have a large Frogspawn, but he hasn't had any interest. I will keep an eye on him though, as his taste may change when he gets larger...we'll see. I have heard of many people keeping them for years without eating their corals at all. Lets hope. I keep them all well fed on a variety of foods, so hopefully they will be happy with that.
