The let's get back into the hobby JBJ 45 experience

After a 17 year break I decided to get back into saltwater, being somewhat limited in space I decided on the JBJ RL45, I would of liked to go a bit bigger but someone put her foot down and put a halt to that train of thought (got the green light to go bigger now that she's hooked...). So on to the details

JBJ RL45
2 AI Primes on 12" flex mounts
Tunze 9001 Skimmer
2 Ehiem Jager 100 watt heaters
2 Intank media baskets (one for filter media and one for Pond Matrix)
Smart ATO Micro with 5 gal reservoir
DA Reefkeeper Lite controller ( with salinity, PH, and Temp Probes)
2 JBJ 500gph power heads (running on the RKL wavemaker function)
1 Sicce Voyager Nano power head (for addition flow)
DYI screen top

Just got a JBJ 30. How do you think the AI's are doing? Any shadows?

That was interesting with the AI's I thought of going with them but since you can't control them with a apex ( yet) I went with a single Radion xr15 pro which I love
I made other additions to the tank as well

I've heard of people recommending the XR15. Are you absolutely in love with it or would you ever go to the XR30

I think with the JBJ 45 it's just fine. I'm only running it at 40% max on everything ( whites run at 25% only and it's just perfect full all the way around the tank. My rock is 3/4 to the top of the tank and all the way across (I don't have a picture only video's in my sig) but I'm in love with it Yes
