Well, I sold it all yesterday. My equipment, coral, and livestock all left my home around 5 pm. At the time I was having a mix of emotions because I have spent WAYYYY too much money on my setup but even more hours with it. This tank had been set up since 2014. It has gone through 3 different lighting setups, two different skimmers, and countless amount of fragging. I have gone through 3 crashes, one case of velvet, and countless amounts of algae bloom.
With all that being said I have loved every second of it! Most of you are probably wondering why I have sold it if I loved every second of this tank. Well, this hobby is a monster. Not only does it steal money from your pocket but it's like a crappy ex-girlfriend. It gets you addicted and doesn't let you leave. So yes I am done with this tank but nowhere near done with this hobby.
My fiance and I are getting married in July, then moving before the end of the year. My plans are to buy the 100.3 waterbox at our new house so I can finally have a sump and really dive even further into debt with this hobby. Keep an eye out for my next build sometime at the end of this year. Good Luck to everyone and happy reefing!
