Headed to Chicago now for a seminar. 3am is early, not a fan. Also it'll be the first time away from the family (for more than a work day) since they were in the hospital a year ago. That'll be a new experience. I like putting the baby to bed.

Turns out extra screening is just another round in the X-ray and wiping down my cary on with one of those ballistics swabs.

Haven't flown yet. Technically. Still at the gate.
Process was like this:
Told the agent to hand screen cuz live animals and can't x-ray. They get 3 to 4 others to poke around the bag, somewhat unsure what do do in this situation (or at least that's how it seemed). Rescan me and poke through my other bag. Check watch 3 to 4 times while I put myself back together, like it's 359 and they get off at 4, and now because of me have 10 minutes of paperwork.

I've had this tank for a while. It's served me well as a very low maintenance planted fresh water tank. But now I'm tired of that. So I'm making it a nem tank. And it's begun. I'll pull my rfas from my other tank, along with the two clowns. Them and whatever other nems I happen to get...
