All this saltwater buying has really messed with my concept of a "cheap" fish. I was looking at Bettas the other day and thought $20, that's not bad.

She did ask when I'm going to set up another QT so that sounds like more permission so the Thursday payday thing might have actually been legit permission.

Also, the new lights have been up for 5 hours. Long term review, I'm in serious danger of being happy with the tank!

Kessil are nice for photographing things, as the blue still makes things pop, but tuned right, the white makes a phone able to take pics.

21 years. Just a little background: I have a 125 gallon tank because she said the 75 was too full which I had because she said the 5 gallon is too big. She's fairly supportive it's just an expensive hobby and we're a single income family. She tries to keep me from spending the mortgage as much as possible. She doesn't mind me having fish tanks.

Congrats on 21 years! It’s not a very common thing anymore. My parents went 66 years. They’d still be married but my dad had to go and die. We teased my mom by telling her that he didn’t ask if it was ok for him to die.
