Got back from the first trip with the baby. it was a learning experience. He didn't stay asleep as long as we were hoping on the way up, so the last 45 minutes were rough. back was better. Mostly because we planned in a stop at That Fish Place for salt and to see what they had. I got some red sea calcium that was on sale.

I did not get the bird wrasse that was $70, nor the rusty pigmy angel. I'm happy with my snails, so I'm happy without the wrasse, although it was a difficult decision. I'm not sure I made the right call on the angel.

all is as expected in the reef world. turns out when you don't change anything, nothing really changes. except the glass gets dirtier. gotta get the dosing pump hooked up but I need dosing tube for that. unless airline tube works. does airline tube work?
