Back to being broke again! Just borrowed $370 from my dad for a new phone mine took a crap. Oh well. I use my phone until they are broken completely so I should be good for the next 4-6 years which is super helpful not having to worry about a phone payment when I’m looking for a flight job

It’s been on it’s last leg for awhile. It went on the perfect day though. AT&T is offering trade ins for any iPhone 8 or newer and they give you $700 off new iPhones as long as the phone just turns on and isn’t cracked

be careful with that. I traded in one a New Iphone 12 and they sent me an email 2 weeks later stating theyre evaluating the condition and will let me know what the value is.
I promptly called AT&T and told them they were about to lose a 4+ year customer. Changed their tune quickly

Yeah they already signed that my phone is good to trade in. If they don’t I’ll call them and they will give me all my money back like they have before screwing my family over with the wifi and stuff. They know us by name now and know not to pick on us lol. I was super weary too until it was all signed

WE signed a contract with them. The contract says " you/we agree to send the phone which is a working phone into them within 7 days for a full credit in the envelope they provide"
They also pushed the fact that once we send trade in phone, we cannot get it back. If that doesnt pose a Red flag.
Other warning. . . . they told me $1.67 a month for 24 months. I already got billed $28.23 and called them again and they stated it is that much the first two months to assure i'm keeping device, then it reverts back as a credit. THEY SAID IT WAS IN THE FINE PRINT !
Charge me to assure Im keeping phone ?? I sent you my other one. What would I use in lieu of phone- use My calculator ??
