I do not understand? How did this happen? Was this a mistake? With your stand I am guessing you could not reach the bottom easily.

So, I will be speaking with Derek this morning when I get home from work and we will straighten things out. This is absolutely not what I had in mind and I think where the mistake lies is in a conversation I had with Derek about polishing the inner edge of the Eurobracing. He had said that the bracing would need to be atleast 6" wide to fit on the suction cups of there polishing machine. In the end I had opted not to go ahead with the polishing and my guess is the adjustments back to the regular width weren't done so here we are.

Fixing this will unfortunately delay the tank a bit but I'm glad we caught it now instead of when it would be ready to ship.
I'm sorry this has happened and I'm sorry for the resultant delays associated with it everyone. I know we are all chomping at the bit to see Katrina with her new tank and hopefully soon it will happen but I need to correct this first to make sure she really is getting the dream tank she deserves.

On a side note.... @Katrina, you've mentioned a 36" tank a couple times now, did I miss something and order the wrong size at 30"?

Good morning Katrina (everyone else too!) Woke up to our first local Coronavirus diagnosis. UNF (daughters school) transitioning to online for the two weeks after spring break. Went to the grocery store Wednesday and all the toilet paper was gone? There was bottled water but no toilet paper?;Woot
