I will say, I have had some painful surgeries, but NOTHING has been as painful as getting this tattoo! I told him I wanted it on my upper back, in the center. He didn’t tell me that was one of the most painful areas to get a tattoo. I think he thought we weren’t tattoo people. Right before he started he said it could take up to an hour depending on how many breaks I needed to take. I ask how long with no breaks, he snickered and said 25 minutes. I had to hold my midsection and bend at the waist..He did the outline first..that needle hit my skin and I was convinced he was just carving at my back with a knife. I can’t even describe the pain when he started filling it in. He asked if I wanted a break and as I grit my teeth, “nope I’m fine”. He finished in 25 minutes and suddenly he thinks I’m cool NEVER AGAIN!!!;Woot;Woot

If its pain you're after , go for inside of arm/armpit area or inside of elbow, front of shin wasn't exactly a walk in the park either

Ok I’ll join the tattoo train. I was 14, and my brother gave me this with India ink and a safety pin. He basically told me I had no choice or he’d give me one in my sleep lol. So yeah, Capricorn symbol in my wrist. Mom was a little mad but I explained a watch can cover it so family won’t be too mad. Gotta love siblings.

1 oz bourbon
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz Ginger Beer
2 dashes bitters (I use Peychaud’s)

Garnish with an orange wedge and fresh mint. Didn’t have either.
