This came up this morning in my Facebook feed as a memory. A dish I fixed a while back. Shrimp, sausage, corn & potatoes - all done in the oven. Need to do this one again if I can remember how I got there. Ha! I get hungry just looking at the picture!

Yes, and if you look at the thread you will notice that it started in January of 2016. I finally did get water and rock in it, but still not finished the build. I have taken some time off along the way. LOL!

Lots of people reading this aren’t sure what Cajun crawfish is. And if they do, most wouldn’t want to dive into a big pile of boiled ones and get messy.

No, nothing new in the Reef Savvy. Pirate's Reef is growing out. I will have to find a new name for the aiptasia tank. They are disappearing quickly as the berghia are wiping them out.

I did try a new drink yesterday but didn't put it on here. So, since you asked...

Shark Bite!
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Tbs Juice from Luxardo Cherries (gourmet cherries - the original Maraschino)
1 oz Gold rum - Appleton used here
1 oz dark rum - Myers’ used here
A little grenadine drizzled on top of crushed ice for blood!

I’ll have to hide this recipe from my daughter. She’d drink it just because it’s shark themed. Her obsession is everything shark. She calls them “sea puppies”;Woot;Woot
