Every bar should have simple syrup. It is the easiest bar syrup there is to make (or cheap to buy). I don't know about the Squirt. I haven't tried it. I won't like drop dead or anything, but grapefruit juice inhibits your body's ability to metabolize some drugs, causing them to be less effective and also allowing them to build up in your system. Since it is blood pressure medicine and important to maintain proper levels, I don't tempt fate.

I hope he responds well to the antibiotics. I don't know much about spider bites, except they can be bad. I am certain you will keep a close eye on him.
@Lowell Lemon, I replied on a different thread about this same question. I love how there is so much caring and supporting in this community. I spoke to @dantimdad yesterday. He sounded great. lots of energy. He is ready to get things going. Been tough in AL with the virus thing.
