I think you have it sideways. Chinese?, and the character that looks like a house, means house. The character that looks like B is God or Jesus I think. Been a long time since I studied Asian art.

I think it's actually a Japanese pull saw. I saw others with similar writing style. Several were signed by the craftsman like swords.

Ok, my friend already got back to me. It is Japanese. Keep in mind that Japanese doesn't always translate word for word to English. She said it is not a brand name or craftsman's name. Generally says "responsible for" meaning a guarantee of quality. Hope that helps.
