I haven't heard talk on the canopy

There are 2 things undecided on it. One thing is a reflector.

I would agree on being selective on where you purchase your fish. Obviously you have the places that truly do thorough QT before selling but you pay a hefty price for those fish. Buying locally try choosing fish that are in an Invert tank. You will know that salinity is genrally around 1.025 and there's no copper in the system masking ailments.

I know for sure we'll need either another CP25 or 1K. Either is fine, it's gonna really depend on what I run across 2nd hand.

If you haven’t already gotten another 1k I will mail you one end of the week or next Monday. I have one lying around that works great, but is too small now, as I went larger with my frag tank.

I went back and fourth between scopas and purple. I voted scopas in the end

Thank you, they bicker like an old married couple when they can be bothered, larger scopas scopas is the boss of the tank!

36" wont work? Remind me what the dimensions are here again... 36 x36 or 30x30 ? Is it the canopy that throws the curveball?

Tangs are billy goats for your tank, get 2 Hey do you have the distance between the tank and hood? Will you need to add t5's? What about led strips? Reef brights are reasonable

There is also "Yellow Scopa", which gets you the low-aggression of a scopa with coloration very similar to a yellow.
