I haven’t watched the news lately (tired of the politics). Husband asks what time my appt is tomorrow. Apparently, there is tropical storm heading our way. I guess it was time to give @Fin & @Scratch08 a break ;Woot;Wideyed
Yeah, yesterday when I got up to get ready for work they had the center of the cone point directly at us, by lunch time it was closer to Panama City, a little east of there and by the time I got home it was aimed at or near Tampa. Hopefully it won't be to bad for you, but I am relieved its not coming to the north central Gulf coast.

They say 30-40mph winds and lots of rain...nothing like what you guys went through!!

It looks like you are pretty good at it to me. Those are pretty cool. I just never really saw anyone draw feet before. If I tried that, they would just be stick feet. :-)

Well, the blow gun is a no go. Damsel will not come out of hiding. Been dropping the all of the frag tank and raising the alk of the 180 since 9am. They were only 1.5 off from each other, so just a bit longer. All the rocks coming out of the 180, going to the frag tank, fish will get caught and them all the rocks and corals back in.

May do a rescape on accident, as no matter how many pictures it take, it will not look the same and the rocks will not be in the same place lol.

Yes I can, once I remove a ton of rocks lol. I prefer a wall of rocks, like a real reef. Doing this and regular feedings has eliminated almost all aggression.

But moving 10 or so rocks to get the other 20 out is still better than all the rocks.

GOOD IDEA!!!

It would also keep me from having to move the nems. There are only 50 or so in there if you count the rock flowers lol.

Well the damsel is now out of the display. He is in the sump. Didn’t eat him, although when he jumped over the egg crate to the other side of the tank it made me me very mad. The marine major mouth came out real quick, but so did the combat side lol. Strategized that he would jump if cornered again.

Got him cornered, he jumped, then got smacked across the room mid jump.

WIN!!!!

Still had to take out most of the rock. Tangs loved it, as they got algae they couldn’t reach. Wrasses loved all the worms and mini brittle stars that came out. Everyone is happy and I rearranged the layout a bit to separate species somewhat.

Wife then proceeded to curse me worse than I have been cursed in a while. “Poor fish” blah blah blah. When I showed her the purple stag of hers chewed up, the time changed and she still questioned it actually eating the acros.

Simple proof was a green slimer frag placed in the sump. Within 5 minutes it started to go to town on it. She now hates the fish more than me.

End of day, it is a life, so it lives. Sump fish forever or will be put in the macro grow out tub for amphipod control.

Will get a pic when everything quits being mad.
