Slow down Red, we could be talking decaf and sugar free diet donuts? ;)

No Decaf, preferably whole bean Colombian run through the Capresso burr grinder. Mom is from Bogata, so well she's my mother so 'nuff said.

We like donuts, but I'm NYer and the bacon egg cheese on a roll from the deli will always win out in the morning, but we have a stack of DD gift cards and so it's donuts when come visiting.

On the other hand I am a former competitive BBQer and NYS champ in ribs, so it's more likely I have an aluminum pan in my hands when I knock. No apologies to the vegans.

Don't start her on the rice cakes dude, she will just lie about their exquisite flavour and talk about all the things that now fit her! ;)
Me? You brought up the diet doughnuts. ;);Hilarious

Two cups down and it's just lunch time

@NY_Caveman , we friend or foe with my mug.

Try a 15 and 16 year old that are both over 6’4” and still growing. Thank god for my shift differential and comp plan increase.

Foe red wings all the way

Original 6 ok in my book. I'm a fan of Fetisov. Great story both life and sports. Loved the ESPN special in him. Incredible how he passed on the Devils deal (which required a defection) so he could set a precedent with the Russian government and then others could follow him. He endured some ugly times dealing with the gov't before they finally let him go the the Red Wings. Says a lot about his character.

I didn't hear any mention of............DR PEPPER..... :p

@Fin ,was wondering what happened to you yesterday
Nothing. I just stepped away from the keyboard and worked on getting my patio back into shape. Just got a start because I really hadn’t touched it all winter. So this is about as far as I got. It is cleaner, but still have endless projects out there. Know it isn’t fancy, but it is me. ;). The bench in the picture was built by a good friend who has since passed away. So it is kinda special to me. I sat there until almost 9:00 having a few adult beverages. Its been a while. The old bar and stools are getting a major makeover - or possibly a trip to the street. :-)

STREET?? THAT'S PETINA ;)LOVE THE BENCH!!

It once looked like this. I decorated it for a party and it stayed that way for 15 years. Ha! I have this thing about tiki. My dad had a tiki bar set up down in the basement in North Dakota back in the 60s. All the parties were at our house. I guess it just stuck. I have statues or masks all over the house.
