Tiki cocktail of the day for those saving the recipes.

Chief Lapu Lapu

3 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (like Myers)
1 1/2 oz Light Rum

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and serve in a large snifter glass over crushed ice.

Good morning y'all! Last work day before vacation. Yet another Coronacation. Cheap rates. My husband will have more tests about 2 weeks after we get back. Been working extra to make it possible. Saving tips and doing without. Worth it to visit the ocean!

Oh, that's not about me. I would never be able to correct my wife's grammar. She created legal documents for 30 years and corrected attorney's misspellings and grammar. At my house, this would be the other way around.
