ya know ,seeing that pic of tree yesterday ,i thought wow that would make awesome tiki totem pole

The tall trunk in the photo is gone now, but I left the base of the tree In the fence line. If I was talented enough to carve such a thing, that might be cool for two tikis. Anyone know anyone handy with a chainsaw that can also whittle? . This is what is left.

my buddy and his ancient set of marples carving tools,unfortunatly ,going on work trip then back home to green bay,he has been soo much help around here...i'll get some pic's today post them later,but yes when not working on something ,just whittlin and thumping away

heres a few could not find all ,a mushroom,the log cabin"planter box" is going to be bird house ,and of course the "star gazing chair" not carving just unique time to go set the new mailbox ,no more postpersons on porch

Trust me I understand, I'm currently on site of one of my projects installing hvac controls, which is not in my job description ;Shifty, but 2 of our installers are quarantined and at earliest wont be back until the 23rd, have to be done with job by the 28th, so I gotta do what I gotta do...but, back to the long story short..working in brick dorm building with no ac running and as you can see below, well its just bloody hot...was so hot over the weekend, I refused to fire the grill up like I usually do ;Yawn

Somebody stole our crab cage this morning! I hope they are eating some blue crab for dinner. I would have given them the crab anyhow. Sure wouldn't have been stolen when I was a kid!

Some of my in-laws are commercial fishermen. They own their own seafood business too. It is common for them to have their traps and catches stolen - by other commercial fishermen. Crabs have gotten stupid expensive, so lazy, dishonest a**holes steal them.
