In all honesty after the sailfin fiasco I wasnt planning on getting any fish for a minute.
I had put in a request for a leopard thru my LFS, but seeing as they have literally NEVER had one in the entire time I have had my tank running I assumed they were still a difficult fish to obtain.
I put in the request Sunday and then Thursday they called saying my order was in
I was predicting at least a two week delay. Not a 4 day.
So we have a gorgeous female, that will hopefully live a very long time in her forever home

I have a problem. Suggestions. My coco pink arnt opening up on one side. Its the way the fish swim. I've been watching for the last 40 min. I'm sure of it.

I'm thinking a leather may have to be trimmed. But thoughts are welcomed.

Nothing here yet, tracking for landfall just south of us has been pretty steady. Concerned that it will ramp up when it gets in the Gulf soon. No evacuation orders yet. Unsure if we are staying or not. If it looks like it may get to cat 3 we may go. Already saw what that can do here and it’s not good. Probably no flooding but 120 mph wind is nit cool. It is predicted to be a cat 2 at landfall, but conditions are favorable for intensifying. We will see.

Im ready. Two battery backups, four battery operated air stones, shipping ice packs to cool the tank, lantern, extra batteries

Noticed it a day or so ago. About the time the nem split. The clown shifted up and the leather is starting to choke off the area.

90% sure it’s a blue star but still a female and small so I’m not the best with ID’ing
From googling similar species it looks like a blue.

There is a sticky let me id your wrasse. Thats how I got my id.

Can you move the palys over —> or attached to the rock? Do you have a small rock to build some height to divert the flow of fish up and over the rock?

Paly firmly attached to the rock. Yes I've got some rubble I can use. Even if I have to pull from the 55

She's not happy with that rock at all. She swims up to it and gives it the stink eye. When trying to reposition it, she took a swipe at my hand.
