Hey y'all. Checking in. I have missed a lot. I'm sorry...new meds and taking care of me a little. Stress and ptsd are a very bad combination.

Sleep is what I can do whenever I want to now that I am retired. I am still an early riser though like I need to get ready for work. Can't seem to break that habit, but I do take a couple of power naps during the day.

We appear to be safe from Zeta, but @Scratch08 needs to be hunkered down tomorrow. Now predicted as a strong Cat 1 or Cat 2 storm at landfall (thank goodness for the cold front or it could be worse), so things are going to get messed up by the wind. Fortunately it is moving fast and won't dump copious amounts of rain. So batten down the hatches today @Scratch08 .
