the most useful Hanna testst?

I have a Hanna Master. Good kit

Mine are Alk, Phos, Nitrate, Calcium, Magnesium, PH

The calcium test works fine if you use vapor distilled water and rinse the vials in the same otherwise it can test high. Agreed the Mg is not all that consistent.

Hanna's Alkilinity Colourometer is a must IMO. The only downside is that the Reagent expires but it is very cheap.

Alk test are the easiest to do and read. The phosphate on the other hand is a must in many cases.

yes, I think I will order the Hanna salinity checker. The refractometer is a pain in the butt because I always have to calibrate it. Sometimes I go to calibrate it to find out the calibration was even off. Takes a couple minutes each time I want to use it more or less or is fine
