it will go where the love seat is now and the love seat will replace the 125..so nomater what door you come into our house you will see the 150 in the middle

yes it is...right on top of it..so it will be nice and strong and wont sink over time (i crank my floor jack on the 125 every 6 months) the floor is made out of old wood and compresses easily with 1+ton in it !!!
