Hello everyone!

I am new to Reef2Reef! Love these forums as I have only been in the saltwater hobby for less than 3 months and I have a LOT to learn still!
I am currently running a 30 long with 10g sump but, have a 75 in the basement that I am eager to set up! As you all know, there's a ton of equipment to buy when upgrading!

Looking forward to being active on the site and hoping for lot of help as I need it!

Here's a question, in my new 75 gallon build, I am trying to figure out my overflow. Would 800 gph be enough?

Welcome aboard! On overflow, the normal to get 10 to 15 times the water volume

Then you will need powerheads that is rated for what you like to keep in tank

Thanks man! So, the 800 gph should be sufficient. I have 1 Jebao ppw8 and will order another one.. That should be good as well right? 4ft long 75..

I have to jebao rw 8's and they are about perfect on my 90. can be too much if I change settings or really crank em but w1 mode and about low to midways up is rockin

Its more then enough for even a bigger upgrade with two of those. Your welcome bro.
