My name is Matt, and as my name suggests I live in Longview TX. I've had a reef for a year and a half now and have done very well thus far thanks to TONS of research and the advise of friends created on a local forum.
I started the hobby with my 29g system. Recent picture below. I decided on an SPS dominant tank after several months of keeping a clean system with no measurable nitrates and low phosphates. I officially caught the SPS bug and now have a nano tank FULL of them. Luckily my tank won't be full for long, because I'm upgrading to a large system when we relocate in July. I've purchased a 227g (72x27x27) and am putting together all of the equipment for it now.
