The New Like/Agree/winner ect features

Noticed them today, took me a moment to figure out what it was but I think its an awesome addition to the site. +1 to who ever added them!!

I like them. Its a little more personal then simply Like... I like the idea that I can tag something as informative and such. It also gives more feed back to yourself when you post something then a Like, Now you know if it was actually helpful

I was out this morning and I am now have a chance to us the new ratings. The rating show up in the alerts.
