So I’ve read a lot of the older versions of the channels not working well for people or the hex screws get stripped out. Well none of that for this nice bracket. It comes with 4 pop on brackets that just clip into the mount to hold the wires where you want them. It’s cool enough that there are three pop outs for the light wore. You can run it doesn’t he middle or off on the side. Also I didn’t have one problem with the hex screws or them stripping out from previous versions. Obviously don’t over tighten, but do make sure it’s secure!

I totally stirred my hex screw and now the lamp is mounted without one. Any clue on where I could find a replacement hex screw and if this would fix the leaning into the tank instability issue I'm seemingly having? I literally had to hammer out the triangle contraption and then vigorously force the screw out. All of this to remove the wire because the directions had me putting this thing together like a hydra 52- I have a hydra 64. Doesn't have the plug in the back of the unit like the 52.
