The answer to that questions depends on who you ask lol. The Police claimed to never actually have possession but the people at UPS say they did. The corals were in the box for 2 and a half days though and it was cold outside in Ohio.

It looks like this one bounced outta the evidence locker. It must have been the contraband coloring of herbs, powders and pills that flagged it. And just FYI when you use fedex/ups those companies can hold your items for search and sezure without any warrant. It’s in the fine print and they are obligated to make sure they are not contributing to any illegal activity. I doubt the police had it at any time, you wouldn’t have gotten it back so fast.
