I usually do it through the gift or in a post after they've gotten the gift. It's one of the fun parts of Secret Santa.

No requirement to ID yourself but as stated they run a Thank You thread after folks start exchanging. Most acknowledge with photos of what they got. I think last years stuff is still in the forum.

I never tell. I keep it secret. It's part of the fun for me. Plus seeing them post what the got and if they like it is nice too! haha!

For me it depends on whether they like the gift or not. If they love it, it was me. If they hate it, I'm happy to give them someone else's user ID.

I normally don't reveal, but the last 3 years of SS i haven't even gotten a thank you. Heck my last three recipients aren't even on the forums anymore, and possibly not even into reefing anymore!

So this year when I did amazon, I sent as a gift with my username on the card.
