A week ago I ordered another light from Bo and UPS delivered to the wrong address. After about 5 calls to local UPS the UPS driver came back by and verified she had left it at the wrong address (next door). My neighbor denies ever seeing the package (I think his kid snagged it and is not coming clean, they don't even have a tank, what the heck). Anyway Bo sent out another not ever knowing what UPS is going to do and how long it is going to take to resolve the issue. As of now he is out the money till UPS makes it right. They took responsibility of delivering it to the wrong address but since the neighbor denies having it they have to open An investigation which may take weeks to a month.
Just want to give a huge shout-out to BO for resending my pack without knowing if and when he's going to get anything out of UPS. This shows your top notch customer service. Thank you so much.
