The uglies. Is this hair algae?

Hello y’all. I’m in the first couple months for my new 120g tank. In the midst of the uglies right now. It looks a bit different so I wanted to confirm that this is hair algae.

while I think I see a few strands of green hair algae (gha) what you have there looks to be mostly like bubble algae. even though not all of them eat it the best way to resolve bubble algae is with emerald crabs.

The bubbles are from a water change. When I turn the pump back on and it re levels the water it makes alot of bubbles. Mostly concerned about those tiny things starting to sprout from the rock.
