I have just recently discovered that Pacific Sun now seems to make the ultimate calcium reactor. If you have one of their CALCFEEDER PRO V3's with a kore 7th and KHlab you can hook the calcium reactor up to the cloud and have its output controller by the KHLab based on the results of the automated Alkalinity tests. So it will be testing 6 times a day and automatically adjusting the output of the calcium reactor to match enabling perfect stablity. It seems like a reefing dream come true.

This guy explains it all well:

Would this be easily replicated with a Neptune Apex and Trident combo instead of the Kore 7th?

Is it mean of me to discount everything the talking head in the video says because he's keeping a 7" hippo in a three foot tank LOL.

The ability to dynamically vary CaRx feed pump speed IS pretty cool though.

kind of. Assuming you’re feeding the reactor with a DOS which the DOS is not recommended for continuous use. Very few are doing it that way

Either that, or it's output will be controlled by hackers who want to see how high they can get the alkalinity before you notice. lol

You would notice right away because its being controlled by the khlab automatic tester so surly it would warm you of a sudden rise lol
