To update this I finally received the second shipment. I ordered this on 4/7 and the first shipment came within a few days. The second however I did not see. So Friday of the following week after the first shipment came I e-mailed algaebarn to ask about the tracking info for the second shipment. They responded back to tell me that they apologized for not getting back up with me sooner but the macro I ordered was out of stock (red pom pom) and that i could wait a few weeks for it or pick another and they would get it shipped out as soon as possible. So i chose red ogo as they had it in stock. Well another week goes by and still no macro,pods,phyto or tracking number. So i e-mail them again and they apologized for the delay as they were upgrading their facilities and not shipping until may. This upsets me a little because the week prior they made it seem like if I chose a macro in stock they would ship right away. I understand that they were upgrading their facilities however I ordered this on the seventh and should have had both shipments before they ever shut down. It also upsets me that while other people got 20% off for waiting for them to ship I did not as I ordered a week before they posted that they would be upgrading and started offering the discount for those who would wait. I did finally receive the pods,phyto, and macro on May 2nd. Forgive my lack of pictures as i worked late that night and by the time I got home I just added everything to the tank and went to sleep. I can say that they were very well packaged with actual insulation again. I am pleased with the amount of pods and how clean the red ogo is. I did snap a picture of it so you can see that they give you plenty of it in this kit. My refugium is a 20 long that I converted to give you an idea of size comparison. Overall I am pleased with this kit and would buy again, however the customer service has left me dissatisfied. On one hand I understand that they were upgrading and very busy trying to plan and execute the upgrade, but on the other hand I feel that they should have notified me immediately if they were out of stock on the macro I ordered and that i shouldn't have had to contact them about it. Nor should I have had to wait until may to receive it. Either way I hope this helps anyone that is on the fence about ordering this kit.
