The Unhappy Golden Torch

One side of my gold torch is going through some issues. Was doing great for about 15 months before the one side started to retract as shown in the photo. Not much in the tank has changed. Been like this for about five weeks. No coral warfare or changes to flow/lighting. Is it splitting? Am I losing that head? Suggestions?
