I've read a lot of different threads about the various/weird things clownfish host in reef tanks.

However, has anyone ever had their clownfish host mangrove roots?

You're going to get several these posts, but clownfish are hosted, they don't host. My clownfish have chosen anything that sits still long enough to call home.

Haha thanks for correcting my brain fart.

Currently seems like my mangroves are hosting the clowns, probably better than my torch or hammers.

I would imagine mangroves are less bothered by hosting behavior.
