Well a new build is coming my way, im wanting to do a shallow lagoon style tank. I can only fit a 72" unfortunately. But I'm wanting my returns to come up from bottom of tank. My current tank tank is a JBJ45. But this wil be my last build. The picture below is the style of tank im looking to achieve. And also in the pictures below is where the tank will go.
Anyone runng their returns up through the bottom. Thanks My Reefing Freinds

How does running returns through the bottom work? Does it have a purpose (benefits)? Have fun!

I recently set up an oceanic system with returns from the bottom. It was a little challenge but worked out well.
