I have a Lubbock's wrasse, eats well and is active. 75g DT, about 100g total with sump.
Am debating between a McCoskers or a Dusky Brunneus. Looking for reef-safe, colorful and peaceful. Something with a nice and unique personality perhaps. Any suggetsions?

Really good sign that it’s out. Rare for a tamarin.Not the best pics but in the tank now. Dang wrasses move!

I love Gonis and Euphyllia. Maybe too much
That was what I noticed at PetCo. Was swimming around and pecking at the rockwork. My local PetCo is better than most. It had 2 female Macropharyngodon meleagris that was enamored of but since I have a Blue Star I figured id go with it. Plus it’s big enough that my butt- hole tang might not try to annoy it.

Looks like both of them are doing well and interested in the baby brine. The male also goes for mysis bits and ROE.

McCoskers. I loved mine until the horrible creep of a Dottyback harassed it to the point of permanent hiding. Dotty no longer lives in this house.

Well has gone into hiding/sleep. Hopefully when the lights start booting up again tomorrow morning it‘ll join my Mel and Leopard.

McCoskers fit the bill. On the other hand, the Brunneus (having just got one last weekend) definitely don’t meet the “colorful” criteria (still cool though).
You might consider a pintail. Hard to compete with those in terms of color. Like a glowing Starburst candy. And they are really sweet and personable. The ones I’ve had dang near will let you pet them

I have one of their closest relatives the lunatus. One of the more peaceful fairies. Mine keeps to itself.

Mine Just settled in with the group, Personality really hasn't develop yet, not causing any issues at all, Just Cruzes around tank. eats quickly when food is added. Mine is about 2 inches, waiting for her to color up.

I just left my dad’s house, and he has my Vivien (well, his now). He calls her “Vivvy” and the female pintail “penny” and is absolutely in love with them both.
Anyways, old man bought a brine shrimp hatch setup because he said Vivvy has stopped readily eating mysis. However, she’s still eating TDO pellets and mows through brine shrimp.
I’ve never seen a fish stop eating/showing interest in mysis, and I’m wondering if there may be something going on that I should be checking her for..
