The Wrasse Lover's Thread!

After reading and seeing some of the nicest wrasses out there I am looking to add a cocktail wrasse to my collection does anyone know who might have one for sale. I am also having a new tank built to have wrasse dominant reef tank 96x30x24H getting close few more weeks

They are available intermittently. They aren't rare, just not always collected.
 
they are really nice fish have my pair for about 4 months now they are fun to watch and the colors are just awsome
 
What makes this a flavianalis instead of a carpenters? I thought the flavianalis only had two elongated dorsal [spines?]. FYI, not arguing.. just curious
The color of the anal fin is the tell-tale. Flavianalis can have 1-4 dorsal filaments.

Does anyone knows whats one would be paying for a Cirrhilabrus Brunneus? I know this is a very rare wrasse and according to an article on Reef Builders theres only two known in captivity. I was hoping someone here would know a little more about this guy.

Despite it's rarity, it will only go for $400-$600 in the U.S.
 
Thanks! I got my hands on one this weekend and theres absolutely very little info out there about them.
Treat it as a lunatus, there is actually some debate as to whether brunneus is a legitimate species, a super terminal lunatus, or an aberrant lunatus.
