Really nice tank what do you use for powerheads It's looks like I see a vortech I just purchased an 120g and was wondering if 1 mp40 would be enough I'll have a lot of sps.

Deerhunter, you'll definitely need more than one mp40 for a 120g SPS tank. I use two.

As I've said, I've been trying to track growth. Some of these aren't the best pictures but it shows the progression well enough. Most of the first pictures in the series were taken around December '14 and most of the last ones were taken February '15.

Super nice tank! Just wondering what kinda or acropora this is? I have a frag that looks very similar and was labeled as a strawberry shortcake (Acropora microclados). But the strawberry shotcakes I see when I look it up are green with pink polyps.

Paul, this is a Tri Color Valida. IF your frag looks like this, it's definitely not a strawberry shortcake.

My guy was so certain that's what it was. That doesn't mean he is correct but we did look up acropora microclados and there where blue and brownish color variations. Saw one that was solid ice blue, it was really nice. Any idea what it could be if not an acro micro?

Paul, I firmly believe the piece pictures is an acropora valida. Not an acropora microlades.
