Theiling Compact Rollermat help

Just hooked up the theiling compact roller mat and it just keeps running. I see there is a float switch that turns it on and off but my water is not reaching it. Did I install it wrong or dont have my water flow right? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I believe the float switch is adjustable, double check the instructions.

Click on the power botton again and it will stop rolling.

So I pushed the power button on the back but the gear keeps running. I am not the most technical person but so you think I got one with a bad switch or do you think there is a way to fix it?

Dont have one, but while it's running manually lift the float switch, if it stops perhaps the float needs to be flipped, ie it is set as a low level switch, like an ato. If that makes sense
