Here is my tank from a little more than a year ago. It was a 36 hex with a canister filter.

Then I learned a few thing from the forums and trial/error and here is my current 57 rimless.

My scape is a little different now but you get the idea

Nice transformation guys my tank went from that algae stage to where its at now in jist under a year all I done was manuel removal and lots of water changes
