Every now and then my daughter makes us some Red Dragon curry. She's made it with both elk and chicken. Pretty decent.

I usually have 3-4 curry pastes on hand. After green I like panang, phrik king(yes yes you can laugh), massaman, red

My wife usually gets the Panang and I get the Massaman. We tend to share.

Don't get me wrong though, I tend to enjoy any curry with the exception of Indian curries. Something in there just doesn't make me enjoy it. I'll still eat it because food, but it's not something I go out of my way to order.
