Well, no baby pictures but my daughter starts WestMEC a week from tomorrow. She gets college credit for it and will graduate with a CC in Culinary Arts. She wants to do Dual Enrollment next year as well

Serious question. How much interaction do you have with the Coast Guard? Her older brother is working to get into the Coast Guard Academy and they would both prefer to avoid that kind of interaction. Im trying to get her to join the Navy they get to do actual firefighting these days most local fire departments are more emt than anything else

Im trying to get her to join the Navy they get to do actual firefighting these days most local fire departments are more emt than anything else

They don’t want to work together? Does it help if she would outrank him in most incidents? She could order him around?

In my 4 years I’ve worked with coast guard twice. At the East Palestine train derailment and at my electroplater. We generally only call coasties in on major spills or when we need cheap safety officers. Coasters are in charge of any spills into US waters and we are in charge of inland spills but in any serious spills we obviously work together and pool resources.

Also your son will need a stache to join the coasties. Sad fact about coasties. They must all look identical in their boiler suits and staches

It helps her. That would absolutely terrify him. I think I win either way. As it gets closer I might pick your brain as to what degree to focus on
