Hey everyone so i have a weird situation.

I noticed that theres a small filter feeder inside my torch coral, literally inside. it looks like theres another mouth but its not a mouth. every few seconds i see this little feather looking thing pop out and in. imagine a porcelain crab and thats kindve how i can compare it.
ill try and get a pic or video.

i wasn't concerned at first because it was only one and it came with the torch i bought.
but now theres another one on a different torch and its not looking so happy. any insight?

Sounds like a harmless barnacle. It will likely die on it's own over time in an aquarium.

I have several corals that have barnacles on them. A few of my euphyllia, one being a torch, have a barnacle as a hitch hiker. Mine don't seem to care about it.
