Thermometers

What do you all use to calibrate your thermometer probe. I have the Reef Keeper controller and probe and would like something accurate to calibrate it with.

You should not have to calibrate you temp probe. Only thing you can cross reference with is another thermometer.

When you cross reference with another thermometer which one do you believe? I'm looking for an accurate thermometer.

If you have an electronic one that you would use for cooking to stick in a roast or steak that would be the best.

Although I've never heard of having to calibrate the temp probe

I have the icecap salinity checker and it has a temp readout and its spot on with my apex and I didnt calibrate it
