These look bad. Are they?

I started seeing these on my rocks and I think there's more now then about 2 weeks ago. What are they and are they good or bad?

Looks like spaghetti worms (good) or hair algae hard to tell video or pics with reg lights would help

Looks like digitate hydroids to me. And a lot. Could agrivate coral. Probably better to try and get rid of them. But easier said than done. If they are

I had a feeling it could be that. I'm about 7 weeks in so I don't know how that came up but I got my rock from local breakdowns

I have them in my fuge. They are not in my display. There numbers go up and down but they havnt bothered me yet. I hear they can be quite a pain
