These things are taking over! What are they?

These little white things have little tentacle heads...they are spreading like crazy. I noticed my sump and powerheads are full of them too. What do I do to get rid of them?

I do have aiptasia that I have been hitting like twice a week with kalkwasser, but they just keep coming back!!!

They look like Spirorbid Worms, generally harmless and hard to get rid of. Biggest thing is to keep them from clogging up your pumps. Soak in vinegar for a little while and brush off.

Pineapple sponges

Red circle is pineapple sponge, blue is spirorbid worms. Both won't hurt anything just can be an eye sore.
