These two came off a coral during a dip

These two guys came off a couple corals during an iodine dip.

Do they go out the window or into the tank? The one that isn't a snail is pretty jumpy/fast.

I would say keep the snail and delete the top thing but I don't know. I would keep them both to be honest maybe the top thing is the Larvae of some super rare unidentified marine animal.

I was thinking it might be a chiton, maybe?

It curls up into a ball if I poke it with a pipette, if that helps.

The bottom one looks like a snail (trochus maybe) so that I would keep but I would get rid of the top one just to be safe.

The bottom looks like a collonista snail. Google them and see if they match. Collonistas are tiny (BB-sized) snails, mostly nocturnal. Harmless, cute algae-eaters, too small to be anything but a novelty. Fun to have a little population of. I like their patterns.

I don't know if they're alive anymore, so it's more a matter of curiosity at this point.

It's *very* small, so this is the best I could do. This was with the 4x zoom on my Pixel 6 Pro at the minimum distance it would actually focus on it.

I agree the bottom definitely looks like a collostina snail. I have seen some make it through being dipped if the coral frag was on a small piece of live rock so if you don't want them definitely quarantine and do a second dip. I have them in my tank and find them quite nice for cleaning where other snails won't fit.

Top one appears to be a "sand skater" isopod (Sphaeromatidae/Serolidae). These "pods" are harmless scavengers.

Definitely looks like an isopod, and the lack of big eyes means it's likely a scavenger. The parasitic/predatory ones have big eyes and are active swimmers.

That collonista in the newer pics is still alive. If you have it in a cup somewhere, pop it in the tank- they're harmless and kinda cute. Generally it's a good idea to put unknown critters in a nice big cup of water, so they can last a few days while you figure out what they are. Plenty of hitchhikers are harmless, if not outright beneficial.
