I would say keep the snail and delete the top thing but I don't know. I would keep them both to be honest maybe the top thing is the Larvae of some super rare unidentified marine animal.

The bottom looks like a collonista snail. Google them and see if they match. Collonistas are tiny (BB-sized) snails, mostly nocturnal. Harmless, cute algae-eaters, too small to be anything but a novelty. Fun to have a little population of. I like their patterns.
